I woke up to no heat, called Mac's and they were able to come on same day I called, found the problem fixed and had my heat running again in no time, very professional and answered all my questions, will be calling them again when warmer temps arrive to have AC serviced. We have a weekend property on Lake Barkley and have used Mac's for the past 10 years for all of our plumbing and electrical needs. Recently, we used them to replace two lanai fans and to repair a leaky faucet. They did a very nice job and charged me $138 which I thought was very reasonable. I have always found them to be honest, reliable and competent in all they have done for us. I ail continue to use them!
Installed ceiling fans but there were problems and was asked to come back to address concerns. He charged $120 to come back out. The charge was never mentioned before hand or the final amount before coming out. He said his drive time is one hour, included in the charge, but Google maps says 30 minutes at best to get to my location! Bottom line: never assume!
